Strensall, Lords Moor Lane

Parked here under the trees so the van wouldn’t get too hot and then moved to the small lay-by once the sun had set. Possible to stay the night, didn’t see any sign. We stayed along the road in lay-by.

Be aware, site is adjacent to a military base and the week we wanted to stay they gad live fire night manoeuvres.

Nous avons passé une nuit très bien, le lendemain après-midi, un militaire avec une personne de la ville nous à dit de ne pas dormir là ce soir en me montrant les papiers de la ville comme quoi pas de camping. Nous sommes partis ailleurs

Noisy cattlegrid until about 2200hrs and starts to get busy from about 0730 with walkers on a nice day. Nice and flat with nice views of woodland. A good stay.
