Aire de pique-nique et point de départ de nombreuses randonnées dans la forêt. Nous y avons passé une nuit tranquille.
Picnic area and starting point for many hikes in the forest. We had a quiet night there.
Ein sehr ruhiger Picknick Platz. Er ist Startpunkt für verschiedene Waldwanderwege. Im Verbund der Schottischen Waldwirtschaft die Nummer 2 "the Bin". Der Platz ist sehr groß und für eine Übernachtung sehr gut geeignet.

angiedamage14/11/2021Quiet level spot round the back. Stayed the night and had a very restful night. Few cars early evening then nothing until 8am. Very sheltered in the woods. Patch phone signal though.
ferncysh23/10/2021The postcode on the map is marking the layby spot which is past the parking spot and entrances to park! you have to turn back and get into the park entranced! the spot is brillaint! quite and lovely spot. Has a few picnic benches. We have a lovely quite night sleep here. (Visited end of October)

Stayed one night seemed like a lovely spot but there was more traffic after 11pm than since we got there at 6pm. Perhaps not a regular thing. We where not disturbed though.
Healerman5828/09/2020Clearly signed "Bin Forest Walks". Sloping site, almost level at the top. Very quiet once the dog walkers have finished for the day. Slight road noise from the A96. Well sheltered from the wind which was why we headed there. It was getting very blustery out on the coast.
