Der Platz an sich ist schön, aber nicht für nachts. Bei dem Schild No over Night wurde das No übergemalt, dies ist nur tagsüber sichtbar. Es sind Toiletten vorhanden, aber Nachts verschlossen. Ab Mitternacht war es ruhig. Vorher werden dort am Strand, im Ort und in der Umgebung scheinbar Autorennen gefahren. Keine Empfehlung für die Nacht. Ich würde den Ort weiträumig umfahren.
excellent place to stop over as long as you are well away from the square where the toilet block is know one will bother you, the square is mostly used by day trippers, we sit along the road from there and have done on several occasions and had no problems, hope this helps anyone who has planned a trip here, stay safe and take care,
This 1/2 mile park was gifted by the local farmer “ free entry & no exceptions, park 24/7 , toilets 7am to 7pm, sewage is a drain away so NO chemicals. Toilets easily blocked. Cliff walks all the way through to Auchmithie tarmac and crushed stone. Some sightings of dolphins. Perfect for dog walking. Some Knightley young doughnut eaters and litter louts. 02 poor.
Nice spot but unfortunately the donut kids turned up at 3am such a shame.this was our second choice as the parking on the beach near the football stadium was full.
This is a lovely area for a stop off and stretch the legs, there are toilets, plenty of grass, beach and the cliff walk is a must (Amazing) The fields are Bright Yellow with rapeseed. We parked just down the road from the toilet block no issues..
No overnight parking in the car park behind the cliffs but no restrictions on the long public road leading up. A bit more breezy but you could park within a couple of hundred yards of toilets. Stunning views.
Important! There’s a sign says “No Overnight Parking”!!! However during the day there’s a food truck and reasonable toilets
Ein nicht zu übersehbares Schild mit der Aufschrift "No Overnight Parking". !! auch wenn der Pkatz echt dazu verleitet, an so etwas sollte man sich einfach halten.
