Mussycamper23/04/2023Feels very intrusive to park up in this residential area with limited spaces for adjacent homeowners. There are more appropriate places for vans in the area.

Wir haben hier nicht geparkt, da direkt im Wohngebiet mit eh schon spärlichen Parkplätzen. Sind dann auf die andere Seite vom Fußballplatz/Hundewiese gewechselt. Das ist hier (park4night) der Parkplatz weiter östlich.

Right on the beachfront although the sea remains far away along a very flat sandy beach. Lots of bins around and easy points to get down to the beach. We arrived late, no issues overnight but we did get a knock from one of the houses in the late morning… it was -1 and windy, he wanted to wash his car where we were parked apparently! No hassle, we moved on, hopefully his hands have since thawed.
MikeStubbs28/12/2021Nice place to stay, I'm told it can get very busy in summer and the locals can get a little annoyed as vans block their view of the sea from their house.

Completely perfect! On the street next to the beach and near the racecourse. Peaceful, friendly dog walkers here and no one troubled us. Lidl supermarket and pubs/restaurants 10 min walk away. Shell petrol station also nearby. The 113 bus will get you into the centre of Edinburgh in 20 min!

Lovely view of the sea, lots of parking, we stayed for the night and it was nice and quiet. But when we tried to park with our caravan there was plenty of space it was just a bit tilted. But we slept fine can’t really notice if it’s titled.

Highly recommended, parking for free with motorhome next to the beach. We stayed at night and left motorhome all day and we went to the city. 3 min away bus stop to the Edinburgh, it takes about 40 minutes to get there.

Il existe un parking bien plus vaste pour pour 8 motorhomes à 100 mètres de là.

Bel emplacement calme. Rue un peu étroite, il faut un peu monter sur le petit trottoir. Places possibles aussi un peu plus loin sur le port. Magasin Lidl un peu plus loin au bout de la promenade.
