Surprisingly sheltered, lovely sea views, bit of road noise but really lovely spot
Parking sans panneaux d'interdiction visibles, donc pas de problème pour la nuit, beaucoup d'espace pour plus de 10 camping-cars, le nôtre est à 26 ft. Près de la route, quelques voitures ont passé la nuit et le matin. Cela ne nous a jamais dérangés. Idéal pour une escale de nuit
Car park with no visible prohibition signs displayed so no problem for the night, plenty of room for 5 motor homes, ours is 26ft but near the road, a few cars passed during the night and morning. It never bothered us. Ideal for an overnight stop

park4night04seo13/09/2022The last persons comment helped me decide on here and Im glad it did, excellent 4G on Vodafone and right by the Sea. The ground is uneven (bumpy grass) but I managed to get level with no ramps. Its partially hidden from the road too which is good. I had a perfect nights sleep :)

I’ve stayed here four times this year, each time with no problems. Fantastic overnight spot. Right on beach, quiet after dusk, busy through day. Some fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Council bin is emptied each day, so it’s tidy. Roan behind car park can get busy at around 6am, but it’s not a problem. Great for beach walking, my dog loved it. Will definitely be back Silloth is quaint too.

Spot superbe pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Un groupe de mecs a côté de nous seulement. Endroit tranquille, un peu de passage de voiture mais rien de méchant. On était vraiment paisible !

Nice overnight place, got busy during the day, but very quiet at night. Endless beach at the low tide for walking. No shade.

We stayed here after finding it on this app. We were the only campervan on the car park and even though it is close to the road it is not that busy. It is quite open as it is next to the sea so brace yourself for a windy night, but a great place to stop.
LDVgirl03/09/2021Fab place, amazing sunset. We spent the night with one other camper. Bin provided. Friendly locals. Traffic noise is A LOT during the day, almost no traffic during the night though.

A little gem of a car park there's a strip of level tarmac at far end of car park perfect for a side view of sun setting over the Galloway hills and and see road nose is very minimal love it here Allonby has 2 pubs serving food a chip shop and lovely ice cream shop

Nice place, bit of noise from the road but good for 1 night. Two other vehicles were staying the night. No facilities nearby, but did have a bin.
