The Google Maps directions aren't quite right. It is opposite the hotel Reception/Entrance, not at the back of the hotel. If it is unmanned turn left immediately before the barrier. There's an honesty box by the bins. The cost is 12€ 5€ for electric. I found only the outlet with multiple adapters worked. If you need to contact the owner get his phone number from hotel reception.
Parking right next to the beach. Great park up.
Good site. However word of warning! To the end of the boardwalk and a good restaurant/pub it is at least a mile and a half. To go into the centre of Youghal add another mile.
nous avons apprécié ce lieu bien tranquille pour la nuit. pour 12 euros vous avez l' eau l' évacuation des eaux sales et un coin de pelouse. les toilettes à la plage à 3 minutes sont très propres et ouvertes la nuit ' la cohabitation avec les Ukrainiens logés dans le village vacances à côté s'est très bien passée et nous leur souhaitons des jours meilleurs. .
Great site right on the beach, food hut at the top of the site with a boardwalk into Youghil. Worth the €12, point for dropping grey water and filling with fresh water as well as bins for rubbish.
arrived today, cheap but unmanned location, power not working. local hotel has become a Ukrainian refugee home, so nothing to do in the area either.
We arrived today 18/02/23 and it was all closed. the hotel nearby is for now destinated to Ukrainian refugees. we had to find an other spot.
We stayed Saturday night 17th of September. Great location right on the beach and beside boardwalk, 2km walk into Youghal. Adjacent to site are a coffee dock and chip van. Fresh water, grey waste and black waste all included for €12 per night. Highly recommend this place. Another 10 vans parked here.

Der Platz ist sein Geld wert. Die etwas abfallende Wiese kann gut mit Keilen ausgeglichen werden. Strom gibt es an der Hütte vor den Müllcontainern, 50 m Kabeltrommel ist hilfreich. Die Nacht war ruhig, der Sonnenaufgang atemberaubend. Das Hotel ist mittlerweile eine Unterkunft für Menschen aus der Ukraine. Es gibt einen Kiosk und zwei Fastfood-Stände.
We stayed here on 3rd August 22. Lovely views over the beach and see. Sites along the fence behind the shop are fairly flat. Those down the hedge facing the sea are on a slight slope. Good value and picturesque boardwalk all the way into Youghal. Recommended.

Lovely place very close to the beach. Grey water and fresh water on site. Toilets are on the beach, around 20-30 meters from the campsite. Fast food with burgers, and fries just outside.
Really enjoyed a two day stay here in Frank’s Field. Popular spot and great to see so many motor homes from around Europe. Ideal on a sunny day! €12 a night is a great deal. Hotel across the road including bar is closed for the foreseeable future.
Lovely spot. Packed as it was the weekend. Close to beach and chipper and shop near entrance to park up. Public toilets on beach and walk on boardwalk into youghall Town. Highly recommend. .
Sehr schöner ruhiger Platz mit toller Sicht über das Meer. Kostet aktuell 12 Euro die an einem Briefkasten mit Kuvert bezahlt werden, wenn vor Ort der Besitzer nicht anwesend ist. Wasser tanken und Toilettenentleerung möglich.
Fantastic Spot, €10 per day Right by the beach, bins, fresh water, grey water and you can empty your toilet. Only negative is no shower, public toilet nearby. Also beware there is a somewhat hidden blue sign prohibiting any activities associated with camping such as, putting out tables, chairs, awnings, barbeques etc. Everyone here was putting out their stuff so not sure what to make of that sign.

Excellent site, directly overlooking the beach. We stopped there in April and the shop was closed up. The adjacent hotel knew nothing about it, so we weren't able to pay. The site has water, waste water disposal, recycling bins and rubbish bins. There is a public toilet nearby and the hotel looks very good (although we didn't eat there)
Face à la mer pour les eaux grises ce n'est pas une grille donc plus fastidieux il y a un gros hôtel à côté avec une belle ambiance et de la bière, nuit calme
