Very nice place by the river Vipava. Wooded site, flat and calm, with direct access to the river and to correct bathing depths. Small pebble beach nearby. Only a gravel road gravel serves the site. There is not much going at night. we stayed here for two nights without being disturbed. From Vipava, you have to go to Ajdovščina. At the entrance of the city turn left towards the airport, then a little further left towards Planina. Then, before crossing the Vipava River, turn right to reach Ustje. You go down to the church that you leave on your right. After the church, turn right and follow this little road until you reach the river (on its right bank). You must never cross it. You will arrive on a gravel road that you will follow for about 1 km. You will pass in front of a nice nice corner furnished with pallet furniture. It is well attended by young people in the area so not very calm. It is better to continue for a while until you reach a very small concrete bridge that passes over a small dry stream. The place is on your left just before the bridge. There is a table and benches recessed into the floor at the entrance of the access.

Endroit incroyable !! propre , jolie rivière avec un petit bruit de ruissellement , je recommande ! l'eau est assez froide pour s'y baigner mais les plus courageux vont se régaler ! Pas mal de visite des promeneurs locaux mais 0 soucis .

Very nice place near clean river. No problem to stay overnight (I think) but few locals was going there with dogs, children, bikes etc.

beautiful place and surroundings! Nice and quiet small towns nearby. We arrived at noon and spent the all evening enjoying this place, sometimes friendly locals passing by the road. we slept one night and while making breakfast police came (around 8:30 am), they were chill, informed us about been here for the day but no overnight, because that was a 85euros fine and then they left.

Super spot, jolie rivière bien rafraîchissante, locaux plutôt très sympathiques. Belle vue aux alentours. Le gps nous a emmené du mauvais côté de la rivière, c’est bien rive droite (nord). Il y a également d’autres spots le long de la rivière. Au top ?

Good place for night. If you affraid offroad you can choose hard gravel road to destination. You can meet locals but friendly, and no problem. We stayed over night, no problem with sleep. Beside us there was 3 or 4 motohomes. A a lot of place for stay. Near the clean river. Keep clean so the locals will have no problem. Place with one table and seats.

Beautiful and calm place by the river, several shaded & flat spots to park right by the river. We ended up staying for 4 nights because it was too hot to stray far from the river. Some mosquitoes at night, but not annoying. Locals are very friendly, the atmosphere between the campers is lovely, and everyone cleaned up after theirselves. The river’s not super deep, but perfect for a swim.

Incredibly beautiful spot, only nature around & no rubbish. A super friendly local who told us it’s okay to sleep and even stepped by and gave us peaches. Leave no trace & this spot will please a lot more people :)

Lovely place to camp. But it was quite busy with other campers so I went a little further up the river. In the morning I spoke to one of the locals who told me that some people in the village are annoyed by all the campers so be respectful and tidy!

Wunderschöner Spot direkt am Fluss gelegen. Der Fluss hat einige tiefe Stellen daher auch zum abkühlen geeignet(es ist allerdings recht frisch). Sehr ruhige Nacht gehabt, die Bewohner dort sind sehr nett und haben anscheinend nichts gegen das Übernachten dort.

Un petit coin de paradis: de l'ombre, la rivière (pas si froide que ça), les champs derrière avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous avons passé une nuit calme et fraîche! Les quelques habitants croisés nous ont tous parus sympathiques et non dérangés par notre présence. Accès très facile avec notre Sprinter de 7,2m Pas trop de moustique à cette date

Super spot pour passer une nuit et profiter d’une journée à l’ombre et les pieds dans l’eau fraîche. Attention cependant aux moustiques.

Lovely spot. Super clean. Be careful if you are coming through the little village the roads are very narrow and some tight turns. We are 6.5m and only just made it with wing mirrors tucked in.

Schöner Platz. Neben uns stand noch ein zweiter Camper und wir hatten genug Platz. Auch der Feldweg ist nicht sehr belebt.

Lieu très sympa. Nous avons adoré nous y arrêter. Très calme avec une superbe vue. Le seul petit point négatif c'est que nous sommes arrivées tard et que nous avons manger avec des lampes, il y avait donc beaucoup de bêtes qui volaient autour de nous, nous avons donc été obligées de manger dans notre voiture.

I was here after a heavy rainfall so the floor was a bit soggy but no problem. Also the river was a bit louder then usually. The place is just magical. Also the owner was really nice and said that as long as you ask for permission you are good to go. He was putting up a new bench and a table. I could not recommending this place any more. Perfect!

Schöner ruhiger Platz. Durch vorherigen Regen war alles etwas aufgeweicht und der Fluss sehr braun aber der schotterweg hat keine Probleme bereitet. Nur sehr wenige Leute gesehen. Morgens kam der Besitzer der anliegenden Felder, hat aber nur freundlich gegrüßt.

Spot parfait pour une nuit ou plus. Rivière peu profonde mais très bien pour s’y allonger, faire sa lessive ou prendre une petite douche! Pas de pêches offertes pour nous mais on a croisé le propriétaire plusieurs fois qui nous a rien dit. Tranquillité absolue, on recommande !

Bel emplacement. Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire peu après notre arrivé et demandé l’autorisation de rester la nuit : accordée avec le sourire et des pêches offertes! On a voulu en acheter le lendemain matin mais on ne l’a pas revu... dommage !

Super endroit au calme près des vignobles et des vergers. Possibilité de se garer sous les arbres pour les véhicules de taille moyenne type Scudo, gros véhicules moins abrités. Pas de voie ferrée mais route avec circulation de quelques tracteurs, promeneurs, cyclistes. L'eau est très froide, baignade pour les plus téméraires !
