Reculver, Reculver Lane

Great spot and great idea local council. shame the allocated spots are not level. even more so with the slippery surface used. Impossible to get into our Fianna ramps, they slide out before you can get into them. hence only 3 stars

Love it here, really hard to use ramps as surface is too slippery though. Cafe next to car park, pub too although food can be hit and miss so didn't bother this time. Loos were open early until dusk, nice and clean. Great for walking the dogs. Couldn't work out how to pay £10 for motorhome so just put in enough hours to get to £10.40.

Lovey spot, Motorhome spaces are in the first carpark called The Reculver Country Park £10 parking all day free from 8pm-8.30am. Pub is good for food Social distancing lots of outdoor tables

Surface is VERY slippery, couldn't get the ramps to stay put, but when the car park emptied, moved down to a more level area. Fee is £10 for 24 hours for motorhomes and there are 7 spaces available.

Super spot. Seul au monde le soir, un 30 juillet. Le top. Les toilettes sont ouvertes de 8h30 à 20h. 10 £ pour le parking.

Reculver Towers is a lovely place to visit but this parking area is not worth £10 to spend the night. Especially as the toilets are locked at night too. The whole area is sloping and it's impossible to use ramps as the surface is too slippery.

The parking cost above appears to be for cars - the sign on the payment machine indicates that it is free for cars overnight only and £10 for each 24 hours for motorhomes specifically. Also a slightly noisy spot with local youths drag racing their cars in the car park - it's OK but I wouldn't highly recommend it
