We really liked this spot. The views are amazing and there's picnic tables available. Make sure to hike the path up to the hill, the views are worth it. There's even more picnic tables on the way.

Paxiaroundtheworld10/08/2023Yes its next to the street and no there are no services but nonetheless I highly recommend this spot! The view from the place is gorgeous and even more so when you hike to the top of the hill (don’t stop before you reach the top!). We went to the top in the evening and early morning. 15 min to the starting point of the glacier hike and I would rather stay the night at this side of the peninsula.

we almost have beautiful place every night when we camp in Norway, but I must say this is the spot among all. beautiful scenery and dynamic shadows on the mountain was terrific. you can walk up to the hill to enjoy the panoramic view. it's too beautiful here. quiet at night. it's off route 17 so there isnt much cars passing by. along the way from 17 to this road, stunning view to the mountain
BernardVC24/07/2023Prachtig uitzicht. Wel wat geluid verkeer maar niet zo erg. Goed verhard. Ideaal om een mooie avondwandeling tot op de bergtop te maken.

Prachtige plaats en geen last van auto’s ondanks dicht langs de weg. 1 tot 2 auto’s per uur. Mooi uitzicht super stil en prachtig wandelen geweldig Noorwegen

Für autark Campen perfekt. Mega-Aussicht! Schöner Panoramaweg hinter dem Platz bergauf. An ruhiger Straße, ab und zu ein Auto.

Die Aussicht ist schön, die kurzen Wanderungen auch (auch mit toller Aussicht). 2-3 ebene Plätze zu finden. Sehr exponiert. Die Straße ist stark befahren. Einzige Zufahrt zur gesamten anschließenden Halbinsel. Nur ruhig zwischen 0:30 und 5:30. Nicht zu empfehlen für eine Übernachtung, jedoch sehr für eine Pause.

Vom 16.02. auf den 17.02.2021 problemlos hier übernachtet. Es lag ordentlich Schnee, so dass der Platz sehr reduziert war. Befindet sich an einer Strasse, mich störte das aber nicht. Unbedingt auch die Wanderung auf den 350m hohen Hügel machen. War auch im Winter möglich. Und die Aussicht "norwegentypisch" sehr schön. Beschreibung befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite.
