Rather quiet overnight place in a pleasant rural residental area with views of the mountains around. There is almost no traffic during the night. On the nearby railway the first little train passes at 6:30.
Eher ruhiger Übernachtungsplatz in angenehm ländlicher Wohngegend mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Nachts gibt es fast keinen Verkehr. Auf der nahe gelegenen Eisenbahn fährt um 6:30 Uhr der erste kleine Zug.

Stayed overnight here and also left our MWB van here and took the train into Charmonix for less than 2€. Train station 1 min walk away and out van was safe all day. Train passes a couple of times an hour during the day but very little noise and silent at night. Public toilets 5 min walk away and felt very safe. Great place to park when visiting Charmonix centre due to the lack of car parks without height restrictions.
Lejos de la locura Chamonix Praz ofrece tranquilidad y opcion de subir en el telesferico a pistas y hacer la super excursion al Lac Blanc....no os la perdais. Super recomendable.
Great park up. We stayed here almost a week. Beautiful view and was quite quiet. Happy hour at Hotel Eden had €4 beers and they were happy for us to use the facilities as went to the bar frequently. Water fountain nearby.
Relativamente tranquilo y sin servicios. OK para una noche o para estar listo al dia siguiente para coger la gondola
