Very quiet and out of the way with plenty of space. Very close to trails, and even had 5g while here.

Tedwardinum04/05/2025Stayed may day '25. Only one other camper. slight slope was a little annoying. Road was quiet over night. Woke up to a million MTBers. Not a bad stay.

No signal on Three and not much on Vodafone so I moved on. Seems like it would be okay otherwise. There is one relatively flat spot and the rest is on a slope.

Decent enough for one night- I thought it got loud in the daytime, it is a 60mph A road after all, and the kayby is only set back about 10m. slight slope. Good location for walks.
Grounded09/08/2023quiet park up. a couple of lorries and another camper were there. a green area between the layby and the road. traffic noise in the early evening but very quiet overnight. no facilities. felt safe. owls calling, squirrels munching hazelnuts.
Eperry26/12/2021Parked here overnight, passing traffic which didn't disturb me. Layby takes you off the main road. There was a rubbish bin which was useful. I'd stop here again.
