J'ai séjourné ici dans notre bongo pendant la nuit, zone boisée mais le long d'une route principale assez fréquentée, une belle promenade dans les bois avec le chien le matin. Morrisons n'est qu'à 4 minutes en voiture, quelques voitures sont venues se garer mais sont vite parties, aucun panneau n'indiquait de ne pas camper pendant la nuit, nous en avons donc profité.
Stayed here in our bongo overnight, wooded area but alongside a decently busy main road, a lovely walk in the woods with the dog in the morning. Morrisons is only 4 mins drive away, a couple of cars came to park but soon went, no displayed signs to say no camping overnight so we took advantage.
Wir haben hier in unserem Bongo übernachtet, in einem Waldgebiet, aber neben einer anständig belebten Hauptstraße, ein schöner Waldspaziergang mit dem Hund am Morgen. Morrisons ist nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ein paar Autos kamen zum Parken, gingen aber bald, keine Schilder, die besagten, dass man über Nacht nicht campen sollte, also nutzten wir dies aus.

Stayed here yesterday afternoon and the night,few dog walkers but then from around 9 as other comments stated few cars arrived flashing lights into the forest,no one bothered me and they were gone just after 10,police car circled the parking area at 11 and then dog walkers arrived at first light,if staying in the area again would use the lay-by on mortal ash hill by liz’s diner
parked overnight here recently, a very busy carpark for three different groups: daytime dog walkers, evening party kids, overnight headlight flashers..... Found out it's a locally known dogging spot , didn't bother me, but not the best nights sleep. Bins and nice woodland walks, flat-ish, overnight parking not prohibited .
Nice place to stop, nice walks nearby. Beware there isn’t much room and it gets busy with dogs walkers etc.
