Très bel endroit, facile d’accès au bord du lac, très calme. Nous avons pu voir une aurore boréale !

Noche tranquila al lado del lago. Uno de los mejores sitios en los que estuvimos en Islandia. Llegamos de noche y por la mañana nos encontramos con unas magníficas vistas.

Nous avons passé une nuit au calme, seul, au bord du lac. Il y a 1 table de pique nique. Pas de sanitaire. Accessible très facilement après les bains chauds.

A quite parking. We were alone and rested well the night. If you're coming from South you'll pass the bath, a couple of hundreds meter later is a ground owned by a energy company. Don't take this exit on the left, but the one right after the trees afterwards.

Wunderschöner ruhiger Parkplatz am See, glaßklares Wasser, perfekt zum Baden oder kochen . Waren dort für 1 Nacht, die beste, ruhigste und erholsamste Nacht seit 1woche. Genauso zu empfehlen wie ein Bad im VÖK Bath.

Grand parking tranquille, peu de passage
Meyer-Weltreise18/07/2021Sehr schöner Platz mit mehreren Picknick-Plätzen und Möglichkeit der Müllentsorgung. Bis zu dem neuen Thermalbad VÖK sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß; dort ist das Übernachten auf dem Parkplatz verboten.
