When we got to the car park there was a sign which said no overnight stay, so had to find another one.

swedenut16/11/2023Great place. No height barrier at this car park or any signs about overnight parking. (There is 2.1 m barrier at the other car park). Nobody knocked but at 7.30 it s not the night anyway and lots dog walkers here by then.

Second night here and didn't get a Knock this moring. lovely spot surrounded by tall trees. Really quiet at night but busy with dog walkers in the mornings. Toilets locked in the evening..would definitely stay again.

Lovely day park up. got "the knock" at 7.50 am. couldn't see any NO OVERNIGHT PARKING signs. I then stayed while late eve as I was backpacking all day. great views over the water from the picnic tables. height restriction is 2.1metre.

Height restriction at 2.2metres, got knocked up in the morning and told you are not allowed to camp at Yorkshire Waters, you might be able to get away with it but just as a heads up - lovely place though
