Beautiful little spot 3 mins from Edan project. it is a sharp hill to turn into but we'll worth it for the views on a clear day... the carpark is also on a slope so no flat areas to park.. we, just worked with it the best way we could.
Don't mess in bushes and leave tissues !!! burying or bag it for dog bin.. we will lose this lovely spot, if the 1% carry on. Cornwall services are 16 minutes away with toilets and showers. otherwise lovely place and 7 minutes to eden project
Great park up, agree with previous comments about back right being the most level. Perfect for a small van, bin and temporary portaloo installed but portaloo had been dessecrated by a large boulder lol. Still a great place to stop for the eden project
Quiet once local kids out for a crafty "smoke" left. The low hanging branches are no longer there but the ground is fairly uneven with a bit of a slope. we managed to find the levelest bit (the far right corner). Clean and tidy with a bin. Couple of dog walkers when we woke up. Really handy for The Eden Project.
As a free evening pitch, it’s perfectly fine. We stayed in a 6 berth camper and while the ground is uneven it was suffice. We stayed close by to visit the Eden Project. There is access to walks and a bin for waste. One entrance has low hanging branches but we used the other without any problems. There is also the village hall car park in the village where you can stay but it’s less private
Gut gelegener Parkplatz. Ab morgens 7 Uhr wieder etwas mehr Verkehr auf der Straße und gelegentliche Hundebesitzer zur Laufrunde ab 8 Uhr ca. Parkplatz ist sehr uneben und mit Dachzelt teilweise schon etwas schwierig aber machbar. Unbedingt die Einfahrt ohne die tief hängende Äste nehmen. Leider ist der Parplatz insgesamt sehr vermüllt, aber für eine Nacht hat uns das nicht gestört.
Perfect for vans but not big campers ! Ideal if you have a dog too with two walks, short on the left path to quay and about 40 min round walk on right path from car park.
Low tree branches on access, no good for sprinter sized vans. Small area very uneven. Didn’t stay.
Too sloping for us and our standard ramps
Have been parking here once a week since September, but this morning got a dressing down from an older man. Decent spot, but not sure how welcome over nighters are.
