Super spot 30 minutes drive from Lochmaddy ferry terminal. Stunning view and well maintained parking place for 3 campervans in front of a beautiful beach. Great bird watching spot too. Lovely picnic area, plus water at property across the road and bin for rubbish. Well worth £10 contribution to the honesty box.
Stayed one night during a wind and rainstorm. Very exposed but kept the midges away. Good location. Great views over beach. Flat grassy surface. Water at white bungalow at front gate with long hose for filling tanks.

One of the best stop overs we’ve used. Large fenced off area for a maximum of 3 motorhomes, plenty of room, bins, water, picnic area. Excellent views of the beach/sea with a small loch behind. Loads of bird life. Beach is easily accessible. Lovely walks. Well worth £10.

Very nice location and very quite. £10 for the night no facilities but has fresh drinking water tap at the first house. The beech is clean apart from seaweed and you can walk right round the bay. We were lucky enough to see pilot whales playing in the sunset. There is enough room for 3 large vans here with more than 3 metres between them (if parked right).
So glad we took a chance on this site it’s beautifully located, right on the beach, walking distance to the RSPB and public toilets. Fresh drinking water at the end of the drive to the nearest bungalow and a rubbish bin at the entrance. There’s also a thoughtfully sheltered area in the corner with a bench and chair. Looks like you can also reserve a spot if you need to.
Planned to stay here but looked and decided against. Looked cramped with 3 vans in smallish corral. However, main reason, it was blowing a gale (literally struggled to stand up) and this site was totally exposed to Atlantic winds - feared we'd wake up back on Skye! If there is ever good weather on the islands (we got 3 weeks of wind & rain every day), then this would be lovely location.
I have rated this against what I expected to find there. Its a stunning location right next to the beach Very windy while we were there but would certainly use again. Couldn’t find the honesty box so paid at the closest house who run the site
