Nice and quiet. Had a quick stop here as we were in Manchester for Parklife. Had to move on from other spot as was too loud. This was perfect.
Il s'agit d'un parking abandonné qui appartenait à la bibliothèque municipale. La bibliothèque a déménagé dans un nouveau bâtiment ailleurs, ce parking n'est donc pas surveillé. Il n'y a pas de barrière de hauteur, il n'y a pas de porte et il y a un accès 24h/24.
This is an abandoned car park which use to belong to the town library. The library has moved to a new building elsewhere so this carpark is unmonitored. There is no heigh barrier, there is no gate and it has 24 hour access.
