Emplacement camping-car. Douche/toilettes très modernes. Il y a même une station de lavage de chien !!
Motor home site. Very modern shower/toilets. It even has a dog wash station!!
Wohnmobilstellplatz. Sehr moderne Dusche/WC. Es hat sogar eine Hundewaschstation! !

Wir sind von einer Person gleich abgewiesen worden. Leerer Platz war angeblich ausgebucht. Wollten nur eine Nacht hier bleiben. Auf die Frage, ob wir denn etwas Wasser tanken dürfen, ja das hätten wir besser nicht gefragt. Antwort: Das kommt garnicht in Frage. Sind dann sogar noch des Platzes verwiesen worden. Wir würden Kunden behindern. Kamen nur keine.

Looks like a nice camp site. But as we are not members the night would have been 61 GBP. So we carried on. But very friendly staff and helpful as they suggested some wild camping spots nearby.
JustTravels30/03/2023I didn’t stay the night in the end as full but staff was so friendly and helpful, let me use the showers and get some water. I signed up as a member as well. If not staying on site members can access facilities for three hours for £8 across the country (The Camping and Caravanning Club). The dog wash room looked amazing, and it looks spotless. Walking and hiking is nearby and pub is close. Great!

Just returned home having spent 3 days here in our motorhome.The site is in a great location and is kept in an immaculate condition.The facilities are some of the best we have seen.The site is so peaceful even though it was at full capacity.We will definitely return again.

Lovely campsite. Had everything we needed and more. Staff and guests were really welcoming and friendly. Showers were good and clean. Nice dog walk around the campsite along the river. Laundry room had 2 washers and 2 dryers - £3.50 for a wash and £1 for 20mins dry. Knocked off a star as every time I went to reception it was closed which was frustrating and delayed us leaving.

Last minute find. Facilities spotless and shower rooms warm. Cost us £30 (I think it may go up in high season) a night and worth every penny. Stunning views of fells and gorgeous play area for our 2yo. Staff lovely!People on site lovely, we met a few couple up at the village pub. Will be back in the near future.

We didn’t book, just turned up. Staff are LOVELY & very helpful. Showers are amazing and the facilities are very clean. Bonus having a pub up the road! Great stop-over.
