Price now £24 per night. Small site, quiet, clean and friendly staff at the marina. Perfect for access to New Mills itself or for ambling along the canal. Not the cheapest but great if you want a bit of town/country setting.
It's a carpark with facilities. I mean it is literally a cordoned off bit of the marina carpark. Facilities are good, if it were a £10 a night Aire, I'd think it was great, but at £24 a night it's taking the mick. There's much prettier, better places to stay.
unbdingt reservieren da sonst kein Zugang. Zugang über Sprechanlage. Umdrehen vor dem Tor nicht möglich, man muß verkehrt die Straße retour schieben.
Interesting spot but really only a car park all gravel tiny area of grass near pitch 5 to sit on. Good showers good area to walk.
Price now increased to £21 per night, but a great location. Co-op and a Sainsbury's within walking distance and the (attractive) town has a range of good pubs and independent shops. Next door is the Torrside brewery and bar, consequently gets busy over the weekends.
