We parked on the same road but not the part in the photo, a bit before on the right where there are double bays separated by hedges. We stayed the night in our small campervan with no problems. It was quiet, 15-min walk to the old town. Public toilets in town. Not a beautiful spot but served our needs. The old town is beautiful though and I'd recommend as a stop off for anyone in the area!
