Great location to watch a beautiful sunset. Had a chat with a local who politely ‘checked’ we were not intending to stay overnight. He gave us some great suggestions for our onward journey .. which we appreciated!

Magnificent view, great site for a picnic. Day visitors may be allowed to park for short periods.

gizmo9316/08/2023Amazing views.Sheep on the road.You can walk to the lighthouse and you can Google bouldering routes on nearby rocks. Previous comment is ridiculous- this road is clearly not suitable for large motorhomes so I’m not surprised locals gave you a dirty look. No overnight parking.
Spartak1931/05/2021Don’t even bother going in a motor home, sign on the fence as you turn on the road but if you’re coming from Ullapool can be easily missed. Once we got to near the car park a resident gave us the dirtiest look you could ever be given along with a vigorous shake of the head. He then sent a nice lady in a yellow pinnie down to shooo us off like naughty school kids. Not friendly at all, could have easily been Nora Batty chasing Compo with a brush. AVOID
