We arrived. 2 other vans here. car park is small. We decided not to stay as we didnt want the locals an excuse to complain that vans were taking up all the spaces. however when we left ANOTHER motorhome turned up. If you see one or two vans already here MOVE ON. Dont give the locals the ammunition to get this place restricted to overnights!!!!
Great spot for campervans and small cars but unsuitable for MHs, hence we were unable to stop for overnight. Otherwise, thumbs up for us! Extremely busy during the day as it has lots of walking routes.
This was a great place to stop for the night, very quiet! Just be prepared for more walkers and runners than you've ever seen to start showing up at 5am!
Really good little stop, they've had some issues through lockdown of motor homes not cleaning up after themselves , manely when campsites were closed. This is not van lifers but it has made locals a bit dubious so please be clean and be polite.
Lovely place to stop, nice walks. Didn't feel too big, went there in the evening so was pretty empty. Slight road noise, but not enough to bother you. Good spot.
