couple in there 50's with a dog. Stayed in our motorhome on 25th and 28th May 2023, lovely big carpark. warm welcome from the landlady and staff. we ate in the pub both days. Thursday was steak night, which were really nice. on the Sunday we had the roast which was absolutely gorgeous. excellent stop over on the to and from Melrose.
Stayed in the pub car park for one night, phoned ahead and booked a table. Staff very friendly and good atmosphere. Good choice for starters and main dishes from fish and chips, chicken to steak, noticed a lunch time menu also, we opted for fish and chips which were very tasty. Would highly recommend a stay if your in the area. No charge for stay if you eat and drink in the pub.
Nice little pub with great food! Plenty of room for couple of vans to park on the flat.
Stayed here last night. oct/22 arrived early to get parked and have a couple off drinks. Car park was busy but managed to get parked. Food was great and plenty of beers to choose from.
