Robglt23/04/2024great stop over ,3 toilets in use ,very quiet night ,lovey views across to Aran ,Height barrier locked open so no restrictions ,nothing bad to say .
HenryVanTrapp17/02/2024We also found this spot on Google maps with the information sign for motorhome parking. This sign has now gone and both height barriers are up. If you are in anything taller than 2m... no chance. Very disappointed as this would have been a great spot and we would have spent money in the town!

No height restrictions at the moment. beautiful views, loads of bins, ample room, meters from the sandy beach, dog friendly. Brilliant value! amazing for sea bird watching.

Now a trial motorhome parking area. 2m barrier was not in place when I passed by. Very rough grassy field basically. Good location otherwise.
munn66622/06/2022Gutted this was a 2M restriction as it was a great place to park up and sit on the beach. Came down to paddleboard with friends and had to park on street :( which would clearly be more annoying for residents.
