It’s free and not too noisy for the city but when I was parking this guy with a bicycle came and told me I should move the camper as it was blocking the footpath. I said ‘sorry I didn’t know’ (a car was there when I arrived) and offered to lift his bike across another way. He got really rude and threatened with the police! I stayed for the night but found one windscreen wiper bent the next morning
