There’s no longer a sign to confirm whether overnights are allowed. Next to the hall there is a small bookshop selling books on Arran and geology. I asked the bookshop owner if we could stay and he said it would be fine. The parking area is next to the road but no traffic noise after dark. Clean toilet available. Ten minute walk to a bar/restaurant. Water available but need a long hose.
Great little facility . Outside tap on the village hall wall with a quick release adaptor in it . The parking is on right on the road so there are better protected spots for overnighting nearby.
This is a great service, please please leave a donation, box is in the toilet on the right hand side! Keep the toilet clean and it’ll be there to use in the future. Thanks to the community :-)
excellent service point with water and toilet. Sign on wall says motorhomes are welcome to park overnight, enough space for 2 to 3 vans. donation box is in main toilet
