Small parking space for cars and motorhomes. Only 5 cars can fit so you are lucky if the spots are not taken. If you are planning to stay overnight be aware because trucks will come and go all over the night so not totally quiet place to stay.

Our campsite is located at the foot of Schönbühel Castle, between Melk and Aggstein on the right bank of the Danube. On an area of around 7,000 m², with beautiful old trees, every camper will find a place to relax and unwind. The campsite is located directly on the Danube cycle path and a comfortable distance from the nearest road. To ensure that your physical well-being is not neglected, there is a restaurant with an inviting terrace and a winter garden right on site. Rooms and apartments offer a spectacular view of the Danube and Schönbühel Castle. Swimming opportunities can be found right on the doorstep - adventure, culture and nature - everyone gets their money's worth here. Schönbühel is the perfect starting point for various excursions and adventures. If you want to end the evening romantically, this is also the right place. The campsite faces west and offers the most beautiful sunsets in the Wachau in the evenings. Your safety is also well taken care of, the flood protection surrounds the campsite and offers our guests maximum safety.

¡Camping Forteca! Gran camping natural alrededor de un pequeño lago, parcelas de diferentes niveles con vistas. Restaurante en el lugar, área para sentarse al aire libre bajo cenadores, junto a la fuente. Punto de partida de numerosas excursiones por la zona. Breslavia está a unos 50 km. El operador, que también habla alemán e inglés, estará encantado de aconsejarle sobre excursiones en bicicleta. Instalaciones limpias y nuevas. Alquiler de hidropedales, se permiten fogatas. WiFi rápido en las terrazas frente al restaurante. ¡Experiencia de acampada original!

Small campsite, very good sanitary facilities, friendly operator, hammocks and picnic tables everywhere, small café on site, some things are not quite finished yet...
