Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous sommes arrivés les derniers des 5 autorisés (il faut vraiment respecter ce nombre). Accès facile depuis la route principale, belles vues, très tranquille. Tous les services et la nuitée pour 15£, en cash uniquement.

Only stopped to fill up with water and pay the £5 into the local shop, amazing location and when nearby I will 100% come back to stay as this place looks idyllic for a couple of nights

thank you spar for a spot like this, for 15£ electricity water and a safe night. Come early though, we came at around 1 pm and we saw so many vans coming later and having to leave as there were no spots left.

Great stopover with an excellent Spar a short walk away. £15 with electric. Good walking / cycling area with a spectacular beach a short ride north.

This is a great find, very peaceful and spacious. Easy access to drive over grey waste, fresh water and Elsan point. The council have even built a small picnic area here which has great views. Pay at the shop £10 or £15 with electric.

Nothing fancy, just 5 EHU sockets, water facilities and bins. Preferred to park at the far end with a better view as we didn’t need EHU. The Spar is amazingly stocked, with Friendly staff. Cycled over to the stunning Sandwood Bay - 4 miles on road to Blairmore car park (or you could drive here), 3 miles on rough track and last 2 on foot. Well worth it. Breakfast watching the fishermen

Abbiamo usato solo i servizi. Purtroppo mal tenuti, scarico grigie intasato. L'acqua potabile si trova al centro della piazza lato monte, in mezzo agli altri camper in sosta. Costo dei soli servizi 5 GBP Sinceramente non pagherei 15GBP per restare la notte...

Una vera area camper. perfetto per la zona, visto che tutti i parcheggi sono vietati di notte

Great spot. Some local walks and note, the payment shop is actually the Spar shop which is quite near to the harbour side park up.

Absolutely fantastic use of some otherwise unused land. The parking is flat and easy to access with good EHU access and for £15 per night it’s great value. Would highly recommend. The toilet and shower facilities are also great, a brilliant idea to provide this service by the locals.

Thanks to the local community for having the foresight to turn this unused port car park into an Aire style stopover for MHs, which is very busy and making money every day for the locals. Other villages could learn from this example, instead of moaning about the excessive amount of MHs on the NC500, embrace it in a controlled manner and even profit from it.

Depuis la création du spot en 2017, je suis revenu sur mes pas quelques années plus tard avec le même van, l'endroit est super dans le genre portuaire, places sur béton. Surprise, nous avons péché 2 maquereaux assez facilement. top je reviendrai sûrement une 3ème fois si fait la route 500.

Parfait pour une escale nocturne avec tous les services pour 5 emplacements avec électricité. 10 livres au Spar voisin ou 15 avec l'électricité. Wc neufs en ville à proximité d'un restaurant au très bon Fisch and Chips. Possibilité de pêcher en mer au lancer directement sur le port : harengs et cabillauds !

Perfect and really fair for £10 without and £15 with electric hookup. Fresh water is available and payment is made in cash at the Spar shop right next door. Very clean public toilets about 3 minutes away and right next to a cute little café.

Very nice stop over. Spent 2 nights here. Just pay at the Spar. Shower just down the road. Fount it very clean and plenty hot water, cost a £1 for 5 mins. Fish and chip shop just past the Spar. All facilities are available.

Wir waren hier nur zur Ver- und Entsorgung. Das war eigentlich sehr easy. Zum Bezahlen der 5£ geht man einfach 100m weiter in den Spar. Allerdings riecht das Trinkwasser leicht chlorig. Danke für den Service!

Good and quiet place to spend a night in. Toilets are about 500m walk from the camp. In rough state but funcional. For the 10£ (no electric) its a good spot to camp. No pre-booking so come early during high season if you want to stay here

Guter Stop zur preiswerten Entsorgung, schöne Aussicht. Kein Schlauch beim Frischwasser vorhanden, wir haben uns mit einem Kanister beholfen.

Fantastic space available to park overnight. About 10 other campers there when we arrived. Pay in the Spar shop. Incredible beaches nearby including Oldshoremore Beach and Sandwood Bay.

£15 payable in the Spar shop for overnight with EHU. Can empty black and grey waste into septic tank (you'll need a bucket for your grey). 15 minutes off the NC500. Nice quiet overnighter. Locals really friendly. Saw a few vans just emptying and topping up. These kinds of places need to be supported.

Useful stop for services only. Showers needed extra £1 coins but the rest was for £5 through the spar. Able to empty our black and grey waste and fill up our water easy enough.

Didnt stop but looks a decent spot. Nice and flat with great views. We just used the services and paid at the shop but would consider it as a stopover next time.

Lovely over night stop , convenient, easy access, shop , waste and bin . Public toilet a short walk. The village itself a bit run down clearly seen better days but people like us visiting can surely help . It’s open all year so make the most of it , we certainly will ?

Didn’t really feel too safe here left at 8pm as there were vans coming in and out of the parking lot don’t know if it was normal I peeked out of my roof box and they were taking photos of my car probably a safe place but didn’t want to risk it

a great little stop over as mentioned 15 for night with EHU £10 overnight and £5 for services (cash only, but shop does cash back anyway). toilets not on site further into the docks (didn't use) reference grey water by bucket (no drain ) goes down toilet waste inlet as signed.

Excellent spot. After parking up, topping up with water and hooking up the electrics, just walk round the corner to the Spar shop and pay. There are bins for waste and cesspit for chemical toilet waste. but no grey water disposal point. Can walk around the harbour. I even got chatting to a few of the fishermen whose boat was in for repair. Very friendly people.

We stayed 18/9/24. We didn't need the EHU but 3 vans parked inconsiderately taking up 5 spaces, stopping anyone else using the EHU. Someone asked if they'd move up a bit & they refused. They need to put marked bays in to prevent this. Toilets at the fish market are unisex, 2 loos & shower in 1 room. Other MH services were really good. Lovely sunset & a quiet night. Would stay again.

Enjoyed staying here. Popular so more than the five vans they are supposed to be licensed for - more like 12! Cash only at the shop. Fresh water tap and black waste disposal. There’s a small beach and picnic area to walk the dog but otherwise access to the surrounding area is not possible which is a shame.

View is fantastic, daytime a bit busy, but night was quiet, paid £15 cash at Spar, unfortunately the shower, toilet, laundry facilities are not really standard ones. Washing machine and dryer £5-£5 which were not working properly and clothes were still wet after put dryer 2*45mins, washing machine on 60 went for 3 hours…. So not recommended to use them, overall the area looks great. Lots of walks

L'eau est peut-être potable, mais elle est chlorée et a un très mauvais goût. Pas de grille pour la vidange d'eau grise. Il faut utiliser un seau.

V+E für Durchreisende 5£, alles ok, Schlauch für Frischwasser kann angeschlossen werden, WC Kassetten Entleerung zusammen mit Grauwasserablass, zu beachten: Grauwasser kann nur mittels Eimer abgelassen werden, sonst aber kein Problem, beim Spar um die Ecke kann die Gebühr entrichtet werden.

Ottima area sosta, panorama molto bello e silenzioso. Per lo scarico delle acque grige ci vuole il secchio. Purtroppo non c'è in terra la griglia. Solo sosta notte più servizi, esclusa corrente 10 Sterline.

Level hard standing, licensed for 5 vans. Space for more. Full stocked SPAR shop next to parking, pay parking fees in SPAR. Village showers and toilets being refurbished so self contained vans only for now.

Fabulous spot. Had a dip in the water, explored the industral bits and chatted with some other van people.

Excellent pour une étape plein vidange et électricité. Un petit SPAR (donne un ticket pour le paiement du parking) permet quelques courses de dépannage. Sur le port, nous étions 8 CC même en hors saison... Très tranquille.

Very quiet night here. Paid £10 and didn't use the facilities but you felt safe. Toilets are down the road past the Spar where you pay for the night.

Platz am Hafen, wird auch von Fischern benutzt. Gestern kamen sie abends und haben noch ca. 1 1/2 Std. die Krabbenkörbe sortiert. Für 10 £ (mit Strom 15 £) ist der Platz ok. Bezahlt wird beim nahen Spar in bar. Frischwasser vorhanden, Grauwasser geht nur über Kübel in die Chemietoilette. Die öffentliche Toilette befindet sich am Hafen, das ist ein weiter Weg. Angeln ist am Platz auch möglich.

Great Park up.. Great price..the previous negatives by the numptys are not warranted. The tap next to grey waste is for rinsing grey containers the fresh drinking water tap is further up the yard..please don't moan about a 300mtr walk to toilet and shower which the local fisherman say you can use.if you need a closer toilet maybe book hotel with ensure at £100 a night..rant over

In a pretty harbour. Came to do services but the water tap wasn't a standard fitting and is placed right next to black/grey water disposal, so not the most hygienic. You will need to empty your grey water with a bucket, so just a heads up on that. Decently priced ECU so if you're in need of a charge and somewhere to stay, but don't need water, it would be fab. Didn't fit our needs so moved on

Prima plek voor een overnachting. Maar dat is dan ook alles. Er is een erg kleine Spar waar je ook betaalt voor de overnachting. De toiletten zijn erg ver dus hopelijk heb je de mogelijkheid in je camper.

Schöner Stellplatz. Wir waren gegen 15 Uhr da und waren die ersten auf einem der Stromplätze. Nur bar oder cashback, was mit meiner EC-Karte nicht funktioniert hat. Grauwasser muss man zum Abfluss tragen. Hinter den öffentlichen Toiletten ist ein sehr schönes, modernes Café, The Quai House, in dem man auch frühstücken kann, mit vegetarischen Optionen.

Beautiful spot on the harbour, toilets and showers just a few minutes walk away. Very quiet and also a spar shop very near by. Perfect for a spot of fishing and taking the kayak out. Third time here and would definitely return.

Super Stellplatz in einem kleinen Dorf. Strom, Wasser und Entsorgungsstellen vorhanden. Saubere WCs im Dorf. Bezahlten 15 £. hat nur 5 Stellplätze, wir hatten Glück, kamen erst am Abend dort an. Die Einnahmen gehen an Dorfprojekte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöne Strände in der Umgebung.

Merci beaucoup à la commune de prévoir cet endroit où on peut faire les services (5 livres à payer honnêtement au Spar) sans y passer forcément une nuit, assez rare. Attention cependant il faut un seau pour vider les eaux grises car il n'y a pas de grille d'évacuation au sol.

Ohne viel Worte, da hat sich gelohnt diese kleine Bucht mit dem tollen Stellplatz anzufahren.

Ein schöner Platz zum Übernachten und ruhig ist es. Wegen der Entsorgung des Grauwassers bitte beachten, dass hier keine Entsorgung für einen Bodenauslass vorhanden ist. Hier muss über einen Eimer o.ä. das Grauwassers zur Entsorgung getragen werden.

Alles, was man braucht und ruhig dazu. Wir haben für mehr als die 10 Pfund schon sehr viel schlechter gestanden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Toiletten und Duschen nutzen wir nie, das haben wir selbst.

As others have said, this is a great spot. There are 13 vans here tonight, all the electric points were taken by the time we arrived, should have parked up and then walked back to the cafe! There are two cafes and a very well stocked Spar shop. I checked out the shower and toilets in the harbour building, they are a bit dark but looked clean enough. All in all, a nice location.

I just used it for services for £5. Nothing special when compared to the really great free places along the road on the way in. We just emptied, filled and headed back to a lovely spot overlooking Loch Inchard which we had all to ourselves. One of the many benefits of lithium batteries and an inverter.

Not the best view compared to what we passed on the way here and felt like a long drive from the NC500 but the price was cheaper than a camp site at £15.00 inc EHU. The one shower and toilets (mixed!) are grim and found inside the large brown fisherman’s building 400 meters away. You get what you pay for here.

Great little spot. small village with cafe/ gift shop. Spar shop, you pay your contributions. Cash since its reinvested in the community. Get there early to secure the limited 5 ehu. elsan disposal, bins and use of 24hrs toilets ( bit of a walk but ok) . moho grey waste not drive over. Hotel on the outskirts of the village has a pub but we didn't visit . quiet and felt safe. Tarmac parking.

Beautiful spot. We paid £10 for the night and felt really safe. Joined by around 4 other vehicles. Nice and relaxing over the harbour. Fresh and waste water points. Toilets are a little walk up but they smelled of fish from the harbour fishermen and creeped us out a little but this wasn’t a big issue as we have our own loo. Good spot!

Great location with good motorhome services for an excellent price. Need to have recycling bins and not just general waste. A drive over drain would be a bonus. Definitely recommend using this site.

Excellent stopover. Great view and sheltered from the wind. Nice dog walk round the freshwater loch. Well stocked Spar. If you can get fish and chips from the Quay House really first class. Shame the beaches and immediate area are a bit unloved. Super layup for the Sandwood Bay walk from the CP up the road.

Awesome little stopover! Paid £15 at the spar shop for a night on the harbour with hookup, waste disposal and water if you need it. Beautiful view. No hassle. Lovely walk in the morning, quay cafe did the most amazing carrot cake! Showers available but I didn’t manage to find them as felt I was in the wrong place so aborted mission as I wasn’t desperate. Will definitely be back again in the summer

Lovely location with great views in a friendly village. £15 including EHU and use of all facilities. Good shower costs £1 for 5 minutes. Only problem is the toilet and shower are 400m away, but no complaints at that price.

We paid £10 to stay overnight and use the service facilities. Was a windy night but a quiet one, and a great place to wake up and walk the dogs. Industrial and barren, but beautiful all the same! A great find!

Great little harbour stop. £15 (asked to pay cash) for EHU. Full park up lowly lit in the evening which was very handy for walking dogs at night. Lovely view over the loch and a quiet night’s sleep. If windy, park horizontally to the back wall.

this is good as it's a big space and is very peaceful next to the water - the sunset was lovely. the people in the spar were really helpful and friendly but it's a LONG walk to the toilets that are public ones or the ones in the harbour masters quarters. so you're basically paying the £10 for the local harbour / town (hopefully). shower was great and v clean! good base though and few midges!

Did the job nicely, good spot to recharge and refill. Reasonably priced and everyone was very friendly. Well positioned for a very minor detour off NC500 route, and was a good stopover. Toilets were a short walk away towards the harbour and were ok. Midges descended in the evening but to be expected!…

Brilliant initiative. Prices well staged (£5 for just services, £10 overnight + services; £15 overnight, services + electric hookup). All the money goes directly into the local community — this is how paid camping should be! The pitches are along the harbour front, with a nice view and easy access. The shower is great, in the harbour office, about 500m up the road. Spar shop to pay; friendly guy.

Très pratique. Plein de places. Lieu un peu inédit. Le temps était très mauvais (pluie et vent). On a peu profité du lieu et sommes partis au réveil. Les toilettes publiques sont près du Quay House.

what a fabulous park up! Fantastic views and sunset! Look out for the porpoise/dolphin display following the fishing boat returning in the evening. Lovely guy at the Spar, really helpful and fish and chips from the cafe were yummy. Few midges but not that troublesome tbh. Off to check out the showers now, which I believe are in the village. Had a peaceful nights stay here. Paid £10 without EHU at the Spar just before the site. If you arrive after 8pm you can pay the following morning. They only take cash - there’s no ATM but if you buy something you can get cash back. There’s bins, water, grey waste and chemical waste disposal. It is right next to the water so there are quite a lot of midges.

Great little stopover. As it says, £15 for the night with EHU but it’s £10 a night without EHU. The £5 is if you just want to use the waste & water. Spar shop where you pay is right near the parking, very friendly helpful chap in there. Toilets are 500m by the ferry port and there are showers in the main ferry building. Toilets ok, a little old but functional. Cafe called ‘Worth a Look’ nearby.

Didn’t stay the night but we needed to stock up on food and top up our water tank, asked the very friendly guy in the Spar who explained where the fill up point was - left with a restocked fridge and water tank :)

Auf dem Weg zum Platz kommt man am Spar vorbei. Dort kann man die Gebühr bezahlen. Müll, Frischwasser, Abwasser Toilette ist vorhanden. Kein eigener Grauwasserabfluss. Duschen im Ort (etwa 500 m). Sehr netter Empfang im SPAR, der einem alles erklärt.

Great stopover place, best to arrive early if needing electric hookup as they get nabbed first, probably by high maintenance folk with all mod cons. Great fish and chips from the 'Worth a Look Cafe' a short walk away, nearby Spar looked well stocked to resupply.

Beautiful harbourside location on the quayside at Loch Clash, with 1 other motorhome for company. Decent view, sheltered from the worst of the wind. Paid £15 at the local Spar for hook up and fresh water top up. Highly recommended

Stunning location. Basic services. Note that surface drains empty into sea so use designated waste disposal point. According to their Facebook page, KLB Dogging Society meet here Thursday evenings :)

Very convenient spot to refill water and empty waste. we didn't stay overnight but looks like a perfectly good spot to stay.

Awesome spot! The people in the Spar shop, where you pay, are really helpful. They like you to pay cash as they don’t own the site and it can’t go through the till on a card. Will visit again : )

Perfect for off season (winter) providing you have your own facilities - nice spot on a level bit of concrete overlooking the bay. Pay at the spar shop next to it.

mid October perfect place, little harbour only 6 van's and only 4 using hookup shop ideal for stocking up

Arrived at about 5pm. Found about 18 vans jammed in with very little spacing. Didn’t hang around, went over the hill to a nice wee crofter -owned field at Oldshoremore for £5. Public toilets in beach car park 50 yards away with dumpster. Midges a bit bity!! Went back to Kinlochbervie next morning for waste disposal (£5 at Spar). No drive over grey disposal, remember a bucket!

Great little spot we got here at 13.30 were theonly camper on site the harbour has stunning views well worth the £10 fee

£15 for electric hook up. We arrived around 230pm and no-one else there. By 6pm there was another 10 or so vans. 5 EHU points. Pay at the Spar shop 2 mins away. Lovely cafe called “Worth A Look”.. doesn’t look much from the outside but the fish & chips are amazing.. good coffee too! Had a couple of pints in the Kinlochbervie Hotel.. don’t be out off by the look of it.. the friendliest folk ever!

Good little spot. £15 for EHU, water and waste. Get there early though as by 4pm all EHU taken. Register with the Spar at the top of the hill. There’s a public toilet 500m away which is clean. There’s a hotel with public bar and a cafe/fish & chip shop near the Spar. Not much by way of walking routes nearby though.

Planned to stay shegra, beautiful beach and camp site, but covered in animal crap, so drove ten mins to this place £15 ehu all other mh services available, wee shop next door and pub within staggering distance beautiful views for a wee harbour, tried lunch at fishing but not even a nibble. about 6/7 vans but quiet enough

We stopped to dump and refill waters. Paid £5 at the SPAR, easy peasy! If you are wondering where to dump the gray waters (it took us a minute to find it), there is a drain at the end of the pier with a yellow wooden platform on top. Just park right next to it and dump your waters. Make sure it goes in the drain and not in the sea!

Perfect place to stay for a night on the NC500, 10 vans here tonight but only 5 hookup, Kinlochbervie hotel is a 10min walk up the hill with a public bar and restaurant, bar was a bit noisy tonight with fishing boat crews (Friday night) but restaurant bar was nice and quiet, we arrived at 12 and by 1pm all hooks were gone so best he early if you want hookup, would definitely use again

Great place to stop and refill water and get rid of waste water. £5 donation to the SPAR shop, did it today, lovely lady served me in the SPAR and nice and simple to pay before driving down to refill.

Excellent little place. Next to an old harbour. Easy roads for access. 5 spaces, 3 ehu and water. toilets etc 200m on dockside.

Lovely little stop off. Very good location if you're doing the nc500 to stop off and "offload" the motorhome. Flat pitches and a pub up the road called the kinlochbervie hotel. very good place to stop and good for a spot of fishing we were still fishing off the rocks at gone midnight and it was still light.

Gorgeous stop over and everything you could want! Waste disposal, bins, electric hook up (5 available), water available, clean area right next to the sea! Very quiet and good road to drive down. Pay at the spar shop 30 seconds away! Would recommend.

Great place if you need EHU and top up water. Has a tap and disposal point. Level ground, although on the harbour quayside we had a quiet night. About 6 vans parked up. £15 for inclusive EHU paid at the local Spar. Very clean toilet across at the working harbour but bit of a distance away.

Toilets and showers a fair way off and difficult to find popular location and flat

Just off the NC500 route. We parked here overnight in a large motorhome. Its a lovely spot near the harbour with nice views across the bay. Quiet, sheltered and level. Access to a chemical toilet disposal point, electricity and drinking water tap. We paid £15 to stay the night but you can call in to fill up/empty waste for a donation. Local Spar a short walk away.

Lovely stop over. no EHU available, but can get approx 15/20 vehicles there so plenty room for a stop over lovely views, peaceful

Fantastic little harbour for wild camp stopover. Fresh water and chemical waste disposal available onsite. Relax while watching the Gannets dive for fish, seals and porpoises in the bay. Pay £5 per night for non power hookup, these fund’s go towards community development, pay at the Spar. 5 power hookups available for £15/ night. Apparently showers and toilets in town. Didn’t need these with Motor home facilities.

Great spot. Showers are for the fisherman, so they’re basic. But it beats a bucket bath!

Great place to park up for the night. £5 no elec/ £15/20 with elec. Drinking water, picnic spot, views across harbour. 24 hr toilets but 400m away. Also access to a shower. Says only 5 motor homes but more than that parked up.

All good. plenty of spaces in the village as well if full with water tap.

Aire de service cc avec eau, électricité et vidange wc, rare en Écosse. Le prix à payer, 5 livres pour la nuit (sans l’électricité) et un quai avec les cc en enfilade. Ce ne sera pas le meilleur spot du voyage mais pratique. Supérette à côté, et accueil des pêcheurs toujours aussi chaleureux. Un pêcheur m’a ouvert les portes du hangar de déchargement des poissons pour la vente en gros.

Parked here for the night, we only paid £5 as we didn’t need electric hook up. It’s does day room for 5 camper vans but there about 10 of us here varying from campers to motor homes. You have to pay at the spar shop up the road and there is also free CDP and fresh water but they ask a donation is made which goes towards the local community. There are public toilets which are about 200mtrs from the Spar shop.Nice and quiet away from the main road and not too windy either

Love this stop over, we need more of these in the UK! Stayed New Year’s Eve, really quiet and peaceful. Services were spot on, Spar shop is big and will have everything you need. Thank you Kinlochbervie!!

Joli petit port de pêche. Cette aire a le mérite d'exister et 10£ électricité et eau comprise, pas d'abus. Mais pas de point de vidange des eaux usées, dommage.

Four stars for location - a lovely little sheltered harbour. Only three stars overall when out of season as all the facilities seemed to be locked shut but it still cost us £15 for electricity and water.
