Not safe at all, Theft occurs
Parking gratuit à côté de la forteresse, avec vue sur Skopje. Il y a un gardien à l'entrée de la forteresse (au moins pendant la journée). C'est très proche du vieux centre avec beaucoup de bons bars et restaurants. Interdit de rester la nuit
Free parking next to the fortress, overlooking Skopje. There is a guard at the entrance of the fortress (at least during the day). It is very close to the old center with lots of good bars and restaurants. Forbidden to stay overnight
Parkplätze neben der Festung mit Blick auf Skopje. Am Eingang der Festung steht (zumindest tagsüber) eine Wache. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des alten Zentrums mit vielen guten Bars und Restaurants. Übernachten verboten

Great spot to park if you want to visit Skopje. 5 min and you are in the old town. We felt very safe parking there (we have parked there twice, while visiting the city). On sundays it’s free. The other days you can park max 4h and pay for example online using an QR code that is printed on the signs there…

There is an information that you should pay via sms but it is not working. We' ve talked to a guide and he told us to not stay there. There are heroinists that could rob you even in a day, just breaking windows. We stayed at the HolidayInn parking.
Astrakanees05/10/2018Testé pendant 2 nuits en semaine en octobre. Comme on s'en doute, lieu en hauteur et gratuit = lieu de fête. Musique et discussions joyeuses jusque tard parfois, bruyant mais sans danger :) Sinon, il y a du plat, c'est gratuit, très proche du quartier Ottoman pour le petit-déjeuner.
