    Schöner ruhiger Platz mit netter Aussicht auf den Shannon. Picknickbänke sind vorhanden das ist aber auch alles.

      Down some quite narrow and windy country roads but an absolute gem of a place. Lots of parking, picnic tables and small forest walk to see the Meelick Weir Walkway bringing you right over the Shannon river. No services. Had the place to myself bar 2 boats and some evening walkers.

        Beautiful parking with flower beds, river views, nice walk to the Victoria Lock and friendly dog Harley :) Very quiet at night and fairly busy during the day with walkers.

          Il parcheggio per camper si trova in una posizione molto idilliaca e tranquilla, proprio accanto a un allevamento di cavalli (maneggio Birkenhof Oppin). È stato ridisegnato nell'aprile 2024 ed è aperto da aprile a ottobre. Sul prato ben curato in mezzo alla natura, ma a soli 3 km dall'autostrada, potrete rilassarvi molto bene. C'è anche una fermata per camion nelle vicinanze. I cani sono ammessi, ma si prega di tenerli al guinzaglio. L'elettricità è disponibile dalla macchina, l'acqua e lo smaltimento dei rifiuti sono ancora in fase di installazione. La tariffa del parcheggio dovrà essere pagata in contanti presso la biglietteria. Vi auguriamo un soggiorno rilassante.
