No overnight parking! Arrived here last night seemed like a great spot had a look around and couldn’t see any restrictions but woke up in the light and saw a small no overnight parking sign.
Petit parking caché au bout d'une route, l'espace pour quelques fourgonnettes a une pente assez raide à monter, donc peut-être uniquement pour les types de fourgons à panneaux. Isolé et calme mais plein de promeneurs de chiens. Pas vraiment de vue comme dans une forêt. Aucun service mais proche du village local avec garage, supermarché, pubs et plats à emporter
Hidden wee parking area at the end of a road, space for a few vans has quite a steep hill to get up so maybe only for panel van types. Secluded and quiet but plenty of dog walkers. Not much of a view as in a forestry. No services but close to local village with garage, supermarket, pubs and takeaways
Versteckter kleiner Parkplatz am Ende einer Straße, Platz für ein paar Lieferwagen, der Aufstieg ist ziemlich steil, also vielleicht nur für Kastenwagentypen. Abgeschieden und ruhig, aber viele Hundeführer. Keine große Aussicht wie in einem Forstgebiet. Keine Dienstleistungen, aber in der Nähe eines Dorfes mit Garage, Supermarkt, Pubs und Imbissbuden

PTP133701/07/2023Quiet spot, room for 2 or 3 campers. Road up is a bit bumpy but fine in summer. Some dog walkers. There is a bin. Decent spot if you're in Glasgow, only a 35min drive.
Evans8512/03/2023looks like a lovely quiet place to park. we however decided to go else where purely because of the snow/Ice warning. its up quiet a long, bumpy (in parts) hill and we didn't want to risk the van slipping and hiting anything if it did get bad or even getting stuck up there

Quiet spot at the end of a road. There is a walking trail to abandoned Lennox Castle. There is a bin. A short drive from Campsie Glen where there are beautiful hikes. There is a Co-op open 6am-10pm in the town nearby. 30min drive to Glasgow
bethienic9419/03/2022Lovely little place. Views were decent. Slight noise from planes but easy to sleep through. Dog walkers from around 6am so gets a little noisier but still decent stop over.
