You need to head to “bear street” car park and NOT queen street. They are adjacent to each other but there is a locked gate / fence between them so you can’t access the oversized parking bays from queen street. Sat nav gets a bit confused. Check it out on Google earth and it’s obvious. Signs clearly state no overnight. Parking free after 6pm
