Just an industrial estate which is pretty peaceful at night (if you pick the right unit to park next to) many lorry’s also parked up for the night. If you get there early enough you can even watch the sunset.

Warning others as we got robbed here!! 2 masked men took 3 bikes worth over 5000€ off the camper van at 1 am. We were shocked waking up by the sound of this and them looking into the rear window. Luckily we and the kids stayed safe but I definitely do not recommend this street.. we parked at the very end next to many lorries but that did not stop the thieves
Stayed overnight here on a Friday, arrived late. Quite a few lorries parked up but still plenty of space. Apart from the hum of the motorway and lorries leaving and arriving it was a very quiet undisturbed night. Parked opposite TW Metals which wasn’t busy in the morning.
The area is full of parked trucks. No traffic at all at night, but you can hear the motorway quite loudly. When we were there there was also a constant deep noise, reminded me of a ship engine, maybe there were works on the motorway. Otherwise good place to sleep,near the motorway. (Not sure where the photo was taken.) You park on double yellow lines.
Perfect place, drive around and there is plenty of marked parking spaces with no restrictions or signs, and like the original poster said trucks and trailers park on pavements and road with yellow lines, don't think they are official yellow lines as they are very thin
Decent spot with great signal on superdrug and o2. Bit noisy even on a Saturday night but felt very safe. There are a lot of double yellows but so many lorries park on them it’s unlikely to be policed. No trash cans that we saw but there are recycling bins.
