lots of pull offs along this road which were suitable for overnight. quite busy when we came which was the end of July. No midges which was a bonus. the traffic on the road can go quite fast which is why I didn't give it 5 stars as it wasn't overly safe for pets.
Flat and dry underfoot but might be muddy after rain. Fairly large lay-by which is typical along the north side of the road between Glenshee and Braemar. Although not a very busy road, it is fairly steady during the day. Very little traffic after 11pm and 7am. A little exposed in the wind which is ideal in midge season as I had to relocate from linn of Dee.

Superbe spot. Pas de circulation la nuit. Un couple d’huitriers pies avec leur petit, ont passé la soirée autour du cc lorsque la circulation s’est calmée. Je les ai entendu au petit matin. Beaucoup de biches et des grands cerfs sont descendus du relief en face à la tombée du jour. C’était magique.
sehr schöner Platz, ruhig in der Nacht, tolle Aussicht, sauber. Zufahrt über schmale Brücke.
A lovely spot right by the A93. Peaceful at night, the road wasn’t busy at all and there is literally nothing else nearby other than gorgeous views all around.

Very quiet overnight stop, we were the only ones here, loads of deer and wildlife around! Ground was flat and we had a peaceful night. Unfortunately we didn’t get any 3G/4G signal here but the views more than made up for it!
Beautiful spot, road gets busy around 07:00 on a weekday.
