lilifeexx11/08/2025as a stopover, and especially with a dog, we‘re loving this area. yes, you hear the street as it‘s very close but the views, the playgrounds around, the huge park to walk along the river, the beach volleyball fields, the sandy beach.. all of that plays off the noise - at least for us :)
AdelDa03/08/2025En realidad hay 2 zonas: al lado del puerto, para 3 autocaravanas o 4 campers. Esta es la más cercana a la zona de drifting. Otra zona más grande, al lado de la playa. Si está llena, no es factible hacer drifting allí. Nosotros estuvimos en la pequeña. Vinieron los jóvenes, pero estuvieron a lo suyo. Si que puede ser molesto el ruido, pero su actitud no fue irrespetuosa, ni mucho menos violenta.

Toller Platz, aber die Teenager mit ihren Autos und Motorrädern lassen Dich nicht schlafen. Schade, die Finnen sind sonst sehr freundlich. Hier mögen sie etwas anders sein.

Der Platz ist schön, aber wir sind um 20 Uhr geflüchtet, nachdem die Autorennen (driften) um uns begonnen haben 4 oder 5 Autos mit Jugendlichen. Wir sind 20 Minuten weiter gefahren, zum Kriegs Museum und hatten eine wunderbare ruhige Nacht

Location is good but local youngsters on motobikes found it funny to revv their engines around our RV until late night.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na jedną noc. w pobliżu WC, plaza,miejsce na spacery, informacja turystyczna. Noc minęła spokojnie. Z nami stały jeszcze 3 inne kampery. byliśmy w środku tygodnia więc nie wiemy jak jest w weekend.

Wir waren im Juni hier, der Platz hat sich gegenüber den Fotos ziemlich verändert ist aber eher schöner geworden. Wenn man früh genug da ist bekommt man einen "Randplatz" und hat kein Problem mit Kuschelparkern. Die lärmenden Teenies müssen wir leider bestätigen, auch das Driften und über den Rasenstreifen fahren war nicht so toll. Zum Glück bei uns nach 0 Uhr dann Ruhe

Maybe we were unlucky, but we had cars constantly in & out parking so close you can't open a door, then kids started to arrive at 11pm still there at 3am playing frisby golf & VERY loud music, wheel skidding between vans etc on a Tuesday! Bonus of 15 reindeer in the morning.

Nice open parking for night, beautiful view over lake Kiantajärvi. Some small trees. Levelled, even, hard sand parking lots. Not too much noise from the highway 200m away. Frisbeegolf track very open. Some youth might be cruising around as this is the parking for small boats harbour and the beach. Tonight 10 8 cars over night.

Official (Suomussalmi municipality) travel parking for campers, near Highway 5. The smaller parking lot next to the lake is More quiet because further from highway. In Park there is frisbee golf Find jatkanpuisto discgolfpark
