No sign of Romanian guy living in a car and giving the creeps. There is some traffic / passage even at 1am, so not super quiet, but ok. There's an awful lot of trash around the trees, so much that I won't start picking it up. On the bright side, there are 3 big restaurants, 1 coffeshop, dogpark and petrolstation nearby.
Stayed here for one saturday night. It was loud because of drunken people. There's a romanian young guy living here in his car. He doesn't wanted to go away from out car and observed everything what's inside. We moved during daytime for safety reasons - not sure what he wanted because he only spoke Romanian...
