Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von unserem bekannten Algenbad und unserer Sauna entfernt und befinden uns in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Meerblick und einfachem Zugang zum Wild Atlantic Way.

What a find !!! Right neside the sea, it also has sauna,seaweed baths with amazing views,a pub with good food & facilities.Wifi is excellent ! Expanding to have more spaces.Pre book spaces,website is good.Prebook everything through website. Everyone was so friendly, Noel the owner came to say hello Highly recommend.
Stayed here in our van for 2 nights. Had a completely relaxing time. Welcome was warm and friendly. Completely silent overnight so slept really well. People say about the view of containers but first they block the wind, the sea is 10m the other side and they do have parkups on top of the hill overlooking the sea. The seaweed bath is a definate not to be missed experience. Will be back again.
Mooier als dit wordt het niet, beter wel. De plek is onlangs uitgebreid met nog meer plaatsen met nog mooier uitzicht over de baai. Er komen nog meer bij en ook meer stroompunten. Vuilwater lozen en chemisch toilet lozen. 10,- zonder stroom en water, 25,- met. In de pub om de hoek is uitstekend eten. Even verderop tegenover de kerk is een centrum voor ontbijt en lunch. 3 nachten geweest.
Just stayed two nights here. Beautiful wild remote place with a pub on site. Very friendly people. If you're looking for wilderness, beautiful views, genuine as gaeilge and lovely scenic cycle routes this is a great place to stay. Kayaking seaweed baths and sauna available too. This is a site that will only get better. Also good Guinness too.
Faszinierend! Top Straße (breit!) zum Camping Gelände. Atemberaubende Landschsft. Ein alter Steinbruch/Abbau, der peu a peu zum Camping um/-ausgebaut wird. Vorhandene Stellplätze mit Strom. Bessere - noch ohne Strom- weiter oben. Kleiner Kiosk mit Kajak Verleih am Platz. Pub um die Ecke. Saubere Dixie WCs und Wasser verfügbar. Eine Stranddusche auch. Nur der Eind und das Wasser!
People were lovely and it was functional for what we needed but not as picturesque as some other campsites or wild camps we stayed at.

Drove quite a way hoping to have a hot shower and use facilities. No sign of a shower apart from the sauna shower (very public, no room for changing/ towels etc) 1 male 1 female flushing toilets in a container. Water and EHU but feels like parked behind a building site due to containers that are used for changing rooms. Haven't found chem disposal. Price on website is €25
Lovely quiet spot with 5/6 powered sites. Just behind the sauna and seaweed baths with access to a slipway into the sea for your morning dip. Walking distance to a lovely pub. These are the key attractions. The view from our van is a bit restricted but that’s not why we’re here. Helpful and friendly staff and owner. Great cycling on quiet roads around here
Very kind owner. Rustic spot behind containers with basic services (electricity, water, chemical toilets). Sauna, seaweed baths & small bar available. Beautiful panorama. Great value at €25/night compared to local campsites. Perfect for authentic experience!
mixed feelings. we had a lovely time in the seaweed baths and sauna, which was beautiful. but pics arent accurate. we decided not to stay as the view from all camping spots was just the back of containers which acted as changing rooms for the baths and an inflatable adventure park. the shower was outdoor by seaweed baths so need to wear swimmers. toilet was a single portaloo round the back.

Peaceful, pretty and quiet. We enjoyed the sauna and diving off the boat ramp. Our wee fog enjoyed it too. Friendly and helpful people. We stayed 3 nights. Nice hot chocolate at the wee cafe that opens in the weekends.
