Nous sommes un couple avec 4 enfants qui venons d'acquérir un ancien moulin historique au sein d'Auxerre dans un cadre préservé.
Malgré la proximité directe du centre ville et des infrastructures urbaines. Notre bien s'étend sur une surface totale d'1 hectare. Ceci ne constitue pas notre activité principale et avons respectivement des emplois, c'est pourquoi nous ferons de notre mieux pour répondre à vos attentes selon nos impératifs. Notre valeur principale se trouve le respect des lieux et dans ce que la nature nous apporte tout en étant dans le cœur de ville et pouvoir faire partager ce lieu atypique.

We are a couple with four children who have recently acquired a historic mill in Auxerre, in a protected setting.

Despite its proximity to the city center and urban amenities, our property covers a total area of one hectare. This is not our primary occupation, as we each have other jobs. Therefore, we will do our best to meet your expectations within our own time constraints. Our core values are respect for the property and what nature provides, while still being in the heart of the city and sharing this unique place with you. Wij zijn een echtpaar met vier kinderen en hebben onlangs een historische molen in Auxerre gekocht, gelegen in een beschermd natuurgebied.

Ondanks de nabijheid van het stadscentrum en alle stedelijke voorzieningen, beslaat ons terrein een totale oppervlakte van één hectare.
