Water from a truck-mounted bowser which drives around. Toilet disposal in soak away. Short walk into Tafraoute. Bins provided.

Very nice parking area, enormous amount of space. Some palm trees for shade! Town very easy walk with all the shops and facilities you need.

Schöne Umgebung, viel Platz. Alles da was man braucht. Der Funke ist bei uns aber nicht übergesprungen. Die Händler waren alle super freundlich, aber die Kinder betteln z.T. schon sehr nachdringlich. Wie auch immer, in der Umgebung gibt es unendlich viele Möglichkeiten sich den Tag zu vertreiben und die 15 Dh kommen hoffentlich auch an der richtigen Stelle an.

Wunderschön gelegen und viel Platz. Alles nötige kommt von fleißigen Händlern. Dank der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Marokkaner wird jedes Problem gelöst. Die Stadt selbst hat sich sehr positiv verändert. Leider wird man irgentwann hier keinen Platz mehr bekommen.

Super Platz für 15DH. Am morgen kommen mehrere Bäcker auf den Platz und verkaufen Croissant Baguett usw. Leider keine Ver und Entsorgungsanlage vorhanden.

Magnifique endroit, on est entouré de palmiers avec vue 360° sur les montagnes, sans aucun service mais il y a une aire de vidange à 500 m. Seul bémol, on est sans cesse dérangé par des personnes qui nous proposent leur service, la ville est sympa bien animée et c'est propre.

Grand parking près du village 15 dh la nuit. Le gardien passe tous les soirs. Nombreuses personnes passent la journée pour proposer leurs différents services. Super accueil de Momo un jeune garçon qui rend n'importe quel service pour financer ses études. Borne de vidange à 200 m, prix 10 dh, 10 minutes d'eau.

Por 15 Dirhams la noche te puedes quedar aquí. Todo es naturaleza y tranquilidad que sólo de vez en cuando es interrumpida por algún lugareño que intenta vender o ofrecer algo. El pueblo es pequeño pero tranquilo y puedes pasear ver tiendas y demás ,hacer tus compras sin que nadie tire de ti.

Great place to stay. Beautiful mountains and close to town.(15mins~20mins walk). 15dh/night for parking. Bread man comes every morning so you can get bread from him (2dh). We fixed our car to Hassan and they did great job and fast. (Changes clutch pad and other things too). Dumpstation is near Mosque. (10mins water 10 dh 1hr electricity)

Sehr schön hier. Bis die Teppichmafia kommt dauert es in der Regel nicht lange. Sind aber alle sehr nett und akzeptieren auch wenn man sich einfach nur den Laden in Googlemaps markiert.

Site magnifique. Palmeraie calme et agréable, la citerne d'eau, la poste, le boulanger et divers petits services passent tous les jours. Sinon dans le village il y a tout ce qu il faut. A ne pas manquer si vous allez à tafraoute.

Il y a le camion citerne qui passe tous les jours ainsi que le marchand de pain frais tous les matins. On vous propose de multi services également. Le vide cassette est amenagé au fond de l aire. très rustique mais propre.

Great place, surrounded by mountains, lots of room for everyone. I ended up paying 15dh per night - couldn't figure out if he was an official guy or not. Even has a "document" around his neck. Comes to collect money every evening before sunset.

Elvis40, endroit magnifique, suis restée 5 jours, ai payé 15 dm par jour à un gardien. Personnellement je n'ai pas vu de camping-car vider leur cassette ailleurs que dans l'égout au coin du lycée technologique et j ose espérer que que personne n'ose le faire.

Don't pay here !! A guy will come in the morning to collect money (15 dh) for overnight stay ! but army/police told us it's a thief ! It's public ground ! So don't pay and send him away, free spot !

There was no one here in May, we were not even sure we were in the right place. So we didnt pay either! The night was calm and the surroundings beautiful. Hard to imagine this place filled with campers!

Quite amazing site. Comments below are correct. The guardian is present all night. There is actually a sewer drain that people use. It's in front of the technical college at the corner of the camping area. Locals come round regularly selling services from solar to laundry and bread and cakes. It is about 400m from the Wednesday Souk

This is a lovely location nestled amongst the rocks of Ameln Valley. Cost is 15dir per night and a guy comes round to collect the money in the evening. No facilities and sadly some people have been using a dumping area to empty their cassettes which is not good at especially as locals come and picnic close by the area. A guy drives around once a week or so with a large water container for full tank refills for 30dir. The campsite opposite Camp Granite Rose will let you empty cassette for 20dir and fill water for 30dir. Town a short (5-10mins) walk away where you can get most things you need including fresh doughnuts from Hotel Redouane for 1dir!!! A really lovely spot. We can expecting to stay for 2or3 days to go some hiking, mtbing and road riding and are still here after 2 weeks.

Très beau site, possibilité de se garer comme bon le semble, un livreur de pain passe le matin. Le réveil est juste parfait dommage (voir même inacceptable) qu'il y est un balai incessant de camping-cariste qui vident leurs toilettes chimiques dans un trou juste en face de nous alors qu'il y a un service de vidange proposé par les campings aux alentours (je n'en écrirai pas plus).

Il y a autour de Tafraout des terrains agricoles soit sur les plateaux, soit dans la palmeraie qui sont squatté par fourgons, camions et camping-cars réunis en camps disparates. C'était toléré mais en ce début d'année le camping sauvage interdit au Maroc, semble être appliqué à la lettre. À voir, car ce n'est jamais sur le long terme en général.

Correction: there is no black waste disposal point. People are systematically emptying cassettes into a pool of raw sewage about 50m from the edge of the camping area. The area itself is stunning, incredibly natural beauty. This dumping by Europe's rich is shameful. A local picnicing with his family took a video of the sewage and people spilling more into the world it, what must he think of us? Camping Granite Rose will empty cassettes for 20 Dirhams, and is a 2 minute drive away.
