are standard pub food but reasonably priced and friendly staff.

What a find. Free parking, great pub, lovely staff. Just be aware you need to register your vehicle at the pub as there’s a warning notice of a fine if you use the car park without this. No services but you can walk in to the New Forest from the pub car park. Definitely use again

Lovely friendly place nice service food was ansum stayed in the lane overnight as we are 7.1m long and car park was pretty full so left enough space for everyone to get out will definitely eat and stay again
good overnight spot with ample parking. arrived on a Wednesday which meant the pub was packed for quiz night, also got blocked in by a truck from the garage next door in the morning, but a quick visit sorted it out. Pub has great food too.
Nice car park to stay in (it's up the side of the pub, not the small one between the pub and the main road). when I phoned to book the guy said he didn't think we could stay. But when we arrived and asked they were fine with it. Food was good.
We phoned ahead just to be sure we could stay and they said yes. We had a nice meal, good pub grub, and a few drinks. was very quiet overnight despite the nearby road. Would one back here again. Car park is very large so should always have space if you ask.
Lovely pub, epic burgers and a quiet night in the van. Great walks from the car park right in the new forest. A few cars started to turning up at around 730ish in the morning but other then that. Great place. Tried to call through first and was told they had no camping, but turned up and asked in the bar. More then happy to help.
Absolutely perfect spot behind pub. Use the toilets and get a great meal. Ask for Charlie she was so nice that the morning we woke up she brought us 2 coffees and croissants. Highly recommend calling to reserve a spot here! Enjoy the new forest!
Great place , we called ahead and asked if we could stay . No problem at all . Beer was cold food was good . I think next time I will park towards the rear as it’s by the road . Great spot though
