Parcheggio del castello autorizzato 24 ore. (finalmente il cartello dice "tranne rimorchi" ....) Bello, magnifico panorama. Lunga passeggiata lungo il mare, parco giochi e altalena e il parco a sinistra.
Kasteelparking toegestaan 24 uur. (tenslotte staat op het bord "behalve trailers" ....) Prachtig, magnifiek uitzicht. Lange wandeling langs de zee Speeltuin en schommel en het park naar links.

Sadly, fellow wildcampers, as a local, I have to report that the local authority have introduced parking charges as of 3.3.2022 of £1 per hour from 1000hrs to 1800 hrs every day. Previously the signs about overnight stays were a little ambiguous. Now they are unequivocal.....no staying in vehicles overnight. Best local stay now is at Port Solent marina ( drive thru till you reach the creek)
We waited until 9pm before leaving, it’s a great green area by the castle with lots of dog walkers but although a 24hr FREE car park the sign clearly states no cooking, camping or overnight sleeping. Lots of kids and donut marks all over car park, we only noticed these when car park emptied. It would be a shame if people abused the free parking.

Bel emplacement avec vue sur la mer et sur le superbe château de Portchester. Nuit très calme à partir de 23h un jeudi soir. Toilettes ouvertes de 7h30, jusqu'à 20h30. Robinet d'eau potable.
If you read the sign you are not allowed to sleep/cook in your vehicle
Nous n’y avons pas passé la nuit mais l’endroit vaut une petite balade. Et vu la difficulté pour trouver un robinet en Angleterre c’est bien pratique pour remplir avec des jerrycans. On peut entrer librement à pied à l’intérieur des murailles et il faut surtout ne pas manquer la tea room dans l’église où des dames charmantes vous font un café (1£) et des pâtisseries maison délicieuses (2£) on a même acheté de la marmelade maison (2£20). Une pause agréable et un beau point de vue

Es un parking muy bonito al lado de un castillo y con vistas al puerto. Pero aunque está prohibido pernoctar nosotros pasamos la noche sin problema alguno. Hay servicios.
Endroit superbe (je vous conseille le chemin du littoral qui contourne le château puis emmène dans la baie. Pas compris qu'il était interdit de dormir... Sanitaires fermés la nuit.
Il n'est effectivement pas autorisé de dormir. C'est dommage l'endroit paraissait très agréable !
Endroit agréable, mais si le stationnement est autorisé 24 heures c'est à la condition de ne pas dormir dans les véhicules sous peine d'amende. Il y a un panneau à l'entrée du parking. il y a un robinet aux toilettes mais difficile d'accès.
Très bon spot après ou avant le bateau.
Parking gratuit. Toilettes et robinet extérieur. Aire de jeux petit chemin à gauche avant le parking. Possibilité de visiter le château.
