We also stayed here 2 times. Not a flat surface, not suitable for sleeping, but ok for stopping. In April there was still snow here, we went down for a walk near the river, there was a ski lift and a ski slope nearby, a beautiful view. And yes, we also did not find a place for campers in this city, everything is paid or prohibited.

Dépanne pour 1 nuit l’hiver car c’est le parking de la station de ski d’en face. Dès 8h00 vous avez le défilé de voitures des vacanciers. Le soir jusqu’à 23h00 prévoir également le possibles passages des dameuses qui refont les pistes.
Non è gratuito, c'è la sbarra e si paga con carte di credito. Con acqua , scarico ed allacciamento corrente elettrica. Ottimo camper park. si trova subito dopo la frontiera Italia/ Francia.
Arrived late and stayed the night and day. Right at the piste so great for winter sports. I’m guessing they want you to stay at the designated camper sport though.
