(CT15) Hawthorn Farm Camping

Great campsite - very well kept and clean facilities - heated toilet and shower block which even had the radio playing in them! On-site laundry facilities. Only a couple minutes walk to the train station which gives easy access both ways to Deal and Dover. Would definitely stay here again.

Ein netter Campingplatz mit sauberen Toiletten. Perfekt gelegen, um schnell zur Fähre zu gelangen. Die Stellplätze sind weitestgehend eben. Allerdings direkt an einer Bahnstrecke gelegen - uns hat das nicht weiter gestört.

Fantastischer Platz, Viel Freiraum und große Quartiere. Die Sanitäranlagen ein Träumchen beheizt?.Für die Hundis viel Platz zum spazieren gehen . Von uns 5 ? +

Letzter Aufenthalt vor unserer Fahrt mit der Fähre. Sehr schöner großer Campingplatz. Sowohl mit festen Stellplätzen als auch einer Wiese für die Camper, die nur eine Nacht kommen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Sanitären Einrichtungen sind sauber und auch sonst ist alles da was man braucht. Waschmaschine kostet 4£ und Trockner 1,50£. Wir haben für Camper, 2 Erwachsene und Strom 24£ bezahlt.

Causally walking past reception after enjoying a nice walk with my family and on passing the reception and restaurant staff sitting outside on a picnic bench,the rude reception women said to the restaurant chef 'i dare ya to knock that guy out while pointing at me (the father) in front on my young kids while sitting there smoking .absolutely discusting experience will NEVER return . Vile people!

Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht met mobilhome. Vriendelijk ontvangst, we hebben niet gereserveerd. Kleine plaats om te staan, dicht tegen elkaar geen uitzicht en de trein passeert heel dicht van standplaats.

Super Campingplatz, haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Sind ohne Reservierung in den Sommerferien (Bank Holidays) ohne Probleme an einen schönen Stellplatz gekommen. 24 Pfund für zwei Personen im Campervan ohne Strom. Top Platz. Viele und saubere Toiletten und Duschen. 15 Minuten zum Check in der Fähre in Dover.

Fabulous place! We were only going to stay for one night but added an extra night on. Big spaces, really friendly people and super well organized. Very close to the ferries too. Would come again!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben eine Wanderung zum Lighthouse und den White Cliffs in Dover gemacht...gesamt 16 km hin und retour direkt an der Küste. Traumhaft. Am besten an der Rezeption nach dem besten Weg fragen. Duschen sind inklusive und sehr schön. WiFi gratis am Rezeptionsgebäude. Es fährt ein Zug vom Ort nach Dover. Fahrradmitnahme ist möglich. Man kann also auch one-way planen.

Ottimo campeggio nelle vicinanze del porto di Dover. Strada non facilissima ma ottima sosta in mezzo al verde.

Sehr weitläufiger Campingplatz mit verschiedenen Bereichen für Zelte und Camper. Sehr gepflegte Sanitäranlagen mit Föhn, Waschmaschinen...und einem Bistro mit Biergarten. Ideal für die erste oder letzte Nacht (oder mehr) in der Nähe zum Hafen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bon camping avant le ferry. 22L électricité comprise pour un cc et 2 personnes. Quelques passages de train peu bruyants.

A very friendly welcome. We hadn’t realised that there was a full cafe/restaurant on the site so had booked a table at The Lantern pub, which was a pleasant 15 walk away (quicker on the way back because it was downhill!). The food there was excellent. It only took us 10 minutes from the campsite to the ferry on a Sunday morning. Thoroughly recommend.

Nous sommes passés au camping après une nuit en point de vue et nous avons très bien été accueilli (malgré la barrière de la langue). Simple utilisation du bloc sanitaire : rien à dire (eau chaude, douche propre, sas pour mettre ses affaires, lavabo, sèche cheveux) pour la modique somme de 5£. Endroit très agréable si nous avons à revenir ici, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce lieu

Very large camping. Very welcoming people. Just: why would you create a campingsite júst next to the railways? Very strange. A pitty that the train 'kills' the peacefullness. Good English Breakfast at the restaurant at the entrance. Facilities nice and clean.

Arrived 10PM without booking. £18/2persons without electricity. Clean and well maintained facilities, shower, laundry(paid). Really nice place.

We arrived 20 April 2021 with our motorhome booking in was very efficient the grounds were well kept although because of COVID facilities were closed. There is a regular train service running behind the site but it didn’t affect our nights sleep. Nice place and well kept.

Toller Platz! Ab und zu ein Zug - uns hat es nicht gestört. Sauber, kleines „Restaurant“ mit Shop dabei. Hundefreundlich.

Camping à 15 min du ferry avec des emplacements PARTOUT pas besoin de reserver. Sanitaires très propres et de grandes étendues d'herbe pour jouer. Avec le trafic j'ai pu me mettre où je voulais . accueil très chaleureux jusqu'à 20h30. £20 la nuit sans électricité.

Très joli camping à 15 mn du ferry. Sanitaires propres et chauffees. Toutes commodités. 16 livres pour 2 adultes en van. Rien à redire même si le train passe juste à côté. Très peu de nuisance sonore.

Gazon taillé au laser, certains emplacements délimités, blocs sanitaires nombreux et propreté très bien. Papier hygiénique dans les WC, savon et sèche mains, douches avec rideau en plus, machine à laver, supérette et petite restauration sur place, 29 livres à 4 avec électricité, bravo messieurs les anglais, vous savez recevoir !

Very handy for getting ferry. We arrived late but no problem as there is an overnight park with access to toilets and showers. Reasonably priced too. For a campervan, Teo adults and child around £20
