Additional services (electricity, water) are charged as a flat-rate service credit at the time of booking. Billing is based on consumption. The site is located in a quiet, rural, wooded area. The terrain is slightly sloping; leveling ramps may be necessary.

Welcome to the Rauszeit Hof. We offer 4 RV parking spaces, quiet, beautifully surrounded by greenery on an orchard. There is also space for additional tents. The access is from the back onto the meadow (in the village of Beerwalde, past our "Raus Zeit Hof" sign in the direction of Löbichau, take the dirt road on the left at the end of the village, approx. 300 m to the RV sign) Everything you need is on site: electricity, water and sewage. Drinks are available for you in a refrigerator. Trampolines can be used at your own risk. There is a large playground in the village. Bakery in the next village (2 km), outdoor pool 6 km away. No vehicles with excess length or width, our gate entrance is too narrow for that. After many days of rain, use is not recommended as it is a meadow. There is a playground on-site for children, and just a few meters away, the Meandr sports complex offers activities for adults and older kids. Built in 2024, this Stellplatz is fully automated and equipped with all modern technologies, including toilets and showers. It accommodates 22 motorhomes and, thanks to its strategic location, allows you to explore the city while also enjoying a perfect cycling trip with an easy return to civilization. The parking spaces, measuring 10m x 6m, are designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding visitors. Reservations are not possible, besides XXL pitch No. 13. For this pitch, the price is doubled. Electricity is included with the price. If you have a vehicle weighing more than 7,5 tons it is necessary to contact us and reserve the XXL pitch no. 13 in advance, due to the weight limitation of the pavement and standard grass pitches. Located at a horse racetrack and golf course, this place is very nice. There is a shopping mall within walking distance and there is a grocery store in the mall. There is also a restaurant on site that has good reviews. There is also a bus stop next to the campground which gives you easy access to Karlovy Vary.
