Stopped here to make breakfast. Very nice views. Plenty of space in the carpark and very quiet road. Will definitely be returning.
Parking à côté de la rivière dans le magnifique paysage de collines. J'y étais un jour de novembre humide et venteux, donc j'étais un peu sombre. Je vais mieux, il ferait bien plus chaud. Pas de signal téléphonique. Pas de pollution lumineuse. Juste des moutons.
Car park next to river in beautiful landscape of rolling hills. I was there on a wet and windy day in November so was a little bleak. I’m better, warmer weather it would be great. No phone signal. No light pollution. Just sheep.
Parken neben dem Fluss in der schönen hügeligen Landschaft. Ich war an einem nassen und windigen Novembertag dort, also war ich ein wenig dunkel. Mir geht es besser, es wäre viel heißer. Kein Telefonsignal. Keine Lichtverschmutzung. Nur Schafe.

Spent the night here with it any problems. One other van and some campers in a tent. Very quiet spot with stunning views and the night sky was amazing.

Beautiful spot. We set up for the night here on 24/7/20 and had dinner. At around 8pm the police drove by to inform us that there is no overnight camping allowed in the Elan Valley. He was very nice and we said we would move on. You can probably get away with staying overnight here but just be aware the police do check the area. Well worth a look for lunch or a stop though
jmct8820/11/2019Really nice level spot by the river with lots of picnic benches. The area seems quite popular with cars and bikes (the roads are great fun to drive on!) but the traffic died down from about 8pm. No phone signal or facilities and very isolated

Really quiet and peaceful, stayed one night and only saw 3 vehicles during that time. Close to river, can hear it all night, I would recommend.

Great spot next to the river in the middle of nowhere surrounded by nature (no phone signal). There was another camper, also the place seems to be well known as there were several groups having dinner/drinks in the evening but it was quiet during the night (apart from some sheeps rubbing their bellies against our car). Highly recommend the area!

Parkeerplaats voor wandelaars. los lopende schapen en uitgestrekte vergezichten. In de nacht een verbijstering wekkende sterren hemel. Geen telefoonbereik, super!
