We had very quiet night. It's a public park so you can expect a few dog walkers. Lovely place to stay near river.
Woodroad Park. Beau parc, parking gratuit jour / nuit, très calme. Proche village pour commodités.

Seedman28/06/2022Free great spot dog walkers till 10pm and early morning very quite & safe at night flat hard parking area lit at night good dog walking area away from roads playpark & seating asda/lidl shops & eateries 10-15min walk away waste bins. no other facilities

Nice spot outside a woodland with a park (swings etc) near by. Dog walkers and school kids about. We stayed a couple of nights and didn’t have any problem. There’s good signal and bins. The area is lit up at night.
T4CAV06/09/2021Stayed here for one night arrived at 10pm was very quiet one other camper there but there was endless amount of space , no facilities, good coverage right outside the town

Looked like a really nice place and quite close to the village with a Tesco and other amenities. Unfortunately it was the first Saturday of the school summer holidays and it appears that the local youths wished to celebrate this. When we pulled in roughly thirty of them were tending a burning pile of park benches, needless to say we turned round and found somewhere else.

Arrived after dark, seems ok for a parkup in a town. lots of bins quite busy with locals parking and dog walking.

Perfect place to let your dogs play and lots of dog walkers,the play ground can get busy with teens hanging out,had a walk into centre but they wouldn't allow dogs in the pubs,could get busy in hot weather quiet at the moment
