We stayed there for one night. Amazing spot very close to hiking trails, restaurants. Super quiet. We arrived around 9pm and there were some hikers wondering around as early as 7:00am. If you coming off the road it seems a bit doubting, however, after few meters beautiful spaces opens up. No light pollution, makes it amazing space for star gazing.
Though a super beautiful spot after a few hours a lady came by to inform us that parking here is not allowed and that we’d be fined if a ranger came by. We didn’t want to risk it but another camper stayed there for one night before we arrived. I guess it depends on your luck. I wouldn’t risk it right now given that it’s high season and people everywhere
