That was the best place to stop and sleep for one night during the winter season. The problem was that it got a bit too warm and the mud melted so during the day we were stuck and had to get ourselves out early in the morning when the ground got frozen. Amazing view!
Great spot. We stayed at the top but noticed a camper much further down and a tent pitched right at the lake edge. Great views. Nice bird life in the morning and visited by a herd of cows too. Quiet night.
Amazing spot. End of August, the grass is cut and we could go down half way with the campervan (5.4 m). Not very leveled, stood on rocks, but the view is unbelievable, and an easy way down to the water where we could swim.
