They demand money for free parking. Organised groups. The parking guys walk around and check the cars and there friends come and rob the cars
spent the night here and walked around the city in the day. unfortunately this spot gave me some interesting issues with the vans central locking - frequency interference. glad I have deadlocks and I could still lock it manually with a key. we parked opposite the police station. 15min walk from Lidl. the night was ok, constant noise so it blended fine. be careful to angle on parking to fit.
