Clean, fully working. Water refill, grey water disposal, toilet thank disposal. I didn't try electricity, but looks working also. Keep place clean, please ! It seems it is possible to sleep here as well. Might be a bit noisy during the day due the traffic on the road, but acceptable.
There are two free electricity outlets, and the parking is well lit at night. Located in a residential area a couple of minutes on foot from the very pretty historical center. Unless otherwise specified, public water in Italy is always drinking water.
